Each Portland Quest Center Seminar DVD should be used as reference material only, under the supervision of a qualified martial arts instructor. These DVDs do not represent the entirety of any topic, but are a small glimpse of the topic as interpreted on that day by John "Gentoshi" Poliquin. They are edited in-house for the benefit of the students who attended the seminar, and the video and sound quality is not professional.
This DVD should play on most computer systems, but not in all dvd players.
