The second oldest lineage Togakure Ryu (Hidden Door School) includes many tools and techniques perceived as being at the core of the ninja mystique including explosives, breathing tubes, escapes and espionage. Many techniques presume the wearing of shuko.

Kyusho Seminar

Kyusho, which means “vital point”, is a basic element of Kosshijutsu, one of the foundations of To Shin Do taijutsu. Based on ideas found in acupuncture and acupressure, martial artists long ago discovered how to use the knowledge of pressure points to affect their opponents when devising fighting systems. Topics covered will be the 14 meridians, the 5 associated elements, yin and yang energy, other energy cycles, locations of points and the proper angle and direction to access them.
Come join us as we explore how to enhance the effectiveness of our techniques by applying knowledge of kyusho. Although the information in this seminar will focus on martial arts, knowledge of martial arts is not required. Any skill level can benefit.
